Our History

Promoter of the company, Mr. Kishor P. Patwardhan after his engineering graduation in year 1988 started with a development of small residential & commercial complex buildings.

Right from beginning, his vision was to develop innovative & quality products. Under his leadership we have developed number of prestigious projects like Rama Udyan Township a unique scheme more than 200 bungalows at Miraj, Income Tax colony at Kolhapur, Vrindavan villa’s Township at Vishrambag ,Sangli containing more than 225 row houses, Eminent Four at Bhugaon, a super luxurious bungalow scheme at Pune and many more apartment project's at various places of Sangli and Kolhapur.

Today, the company has a large land bank at Miraj, Sangli, Lonavala and Ratnagiri where, we are starting up many prestigious projects having great architectural diversity and extraordinary features.

Mr. Patwardhan says, “We at Pranav Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. (PBPL) are committed to deliver an excellent home solution to our customer. Towards this purpose, due care is taken, right from selection of site-location. We believe that an appropriate site-location accounts for half the work done. As on today, PBPL has mind-blowing scenic site-locations at Lonavla, Ratnagiri as well as extremely prime residential locations at Sangli and Miraj.

After selection of the site-location, technique/process proceeds to finalize the common and internal amenities, as well as proceeds with various alternative home designs with various options. A team of professionals works on this and a lot of thought and efforts are given to account for various parameters such as vaastu-shastra, climatology, eco-friendly/ green housing, energy-efficient designing and resource harvesting etc. Simultaneously, the process of ensuring due compliance with legal and commercial formalities takes place.
